  2.  @Alakarr  Ultimate German victory would have seen it control and have direct access to resources in Africa, Europe and Western Asia. That is most certainly more resources than that of North America. Controlling Europe by whatever means, either a federation or direct control, Germany would also have as many, if not more, ports than America to build its fleet. Thus such a power would indeed be able to challenge the US in the longer term. Much more than the USSR did in our timeline, and in our timeline you had the USSR planting missiles on Cuba.
