  1. lol i agree with everyone else, 50 years ago fine, being a chap and handing it to the authorities, but current year when the government couldn't give too shits about the people handing it over is just... unbelievable. What would be wrong with keeping it anyway? you acquired the tank in good faith legally i presume, so whatever is in the tank is rightfully yours i would argue, if you sell a car you can't then claim that the brake springs weren't part of the deal. If you sold them and got investigated for randomly getting £2m in your bank, how would the police find anything to know where it came from?
