@Edax_Royeaux yeah, Wikipedia. Just compare the articles on Hitler and Stalin. Hitler is the greatest evil of all time, whilst Stalin championed workers rights and is simply "a figure of controversy" lmao

@Punisher9419 You never noticed how it's basically a lecture about what you should think ? How they usually end the videos with a massive rant ? They come across massively as redditors in the comments and "behind the scenes" pictures. They are the experts so they are right. Do not discuss else you will be banned.

and as we've seen with the recent pandemic stuff, what is today's "conspiracy" is tomorrow's undeniable fact.

Hitler hated trade unions apart from the one that set high wages, guaranteed employments, working hours, made sackings more difficult, started social security and leisure programmes and paid for holiday trips.

"Adam Tooze said so" so the truth is based on whatever a certain "expert" says ?
5
and by "Socialism" you mean communism.

"DAF, etc. was not a factor in decisions like invading Poland." Bro what? The DAF was important to improving working standards and production. The entire point of National Socialism was to improve the lives of Germans, not "to invade Poland". I might point out, since you highly likely don't know, that Hitler never intended on war with Poland, in fact he wanted them as allies against Commie Russia. Even up until April 1939 (and arguably late August though the Poles never responded) he was trying to make a deal with them.

No it started because Britain wanted to keep a disunited Europe, was fearful that if they didn't start the war in 1939 then they would never be able to because Germany would be too strong and influential and they wanted to retain the idea that Britain was a Great Power by launching a quick war against Germany. At the time they did this they thought the German economy would collapse within months of the war starting.
4
Probably, that is if they interpret the "socialist" bit to mean more like "international communism/ Marxism". Hitler never sought to export National Socialism to other countries unlike the Communist plague.
3
Indeed, there's a reason why Hitler felt comfortable driving down every street in Germany in an open top Mercedes. Unlike the plutocrats who need "The Beast" to travel in their own dominions.

@Bingo_Bango_ Head on down to your university library and tell me otherwise. Even in the 1960s Conservatives wrote books literally saying as much "yeah we started WW2 because otherwise Germany would become too powerful". Countless quotes from politicians at the time such as Vansittart who said quite plainly "We entered the war in 1939, like in 1914, not to defeat Fascism but to prevent a German hegemony".
3
What even is this "credible" shite ? Do you need someone to tell you what to think? Can you not form your own opinion from multiple sources ?
3
National Socialists achieving more Socialism in 6 years than commies did in 50 really keeps them seething. Similarly; Jesse Owens saying he was treated better by Hitler than Roosevelt has Plutocrats seething to this day.

@samsonsoturian6013 the point is that Unions these days do nothing but waste people's time, whereas in the 1930s things like paid for holidays, working hours, and minimum wages were a brilliant new idea. People take these things for granted these days and just think they had always existed.

@sky_professor3051 someone didn't watch the video

Unless you're a nationalist and the first rule is to call other socalists "commies"
2
They introduced many workers rights and improved workers living standards and happiness. That's what they did. The most fundamental point of a workers union.

@sirridesalot6652 But it is where the vast majority of kids on the internet get their information from

@meshzzizk perhaps you should have begun your quotation with "Adam" then. You'd know this if you could write properly.
1
@meshzzizk No we don't understand, as I said previously. If you were quoting the video you should have begun your quote at Adams. Christ, look I'll do it myself: Lol "Adam tooze and Richard evans say hitler was a bourgeois liberal", what the hell are you talking about
1
@Bingo_Bango_ "and found literally no result." You say this but then literally quote it in the next sentence lol
1
I really don't think he at all "liked" the aristocracy, he was simply practical, knowing he had to work with them in order to achieve his goals.
1
Hitler was so bothered about people having a good life it literally cost him the war lol Meanwhile in the plutocracies people suffered terrible deprivations as soon as 1939 in order to wage war against Germany.

@RAWRManic "so which is it?" I'm not TIK
