  2. Well under the current pro-American plutocratic configuration the strategy is to make things and make money. Appease America whilst also trying to not lose China as an economic partner.

  3. "responsible for the worst crimes in the history of man" And what would that be ? Worse than, say, massacring villagers and spraying chemical weapons over their crops ? I am of course referring to modern events with the Vietnam War but "in the history of man" I guess we should probably count the extermination of the Native Indians as one of "the worst crimes in the history of man".
