The Jackie Weaver insurrection

Well its not like the USA hasn't vetoed resolutions that criticised the US lol
437
Miscalculation is essentially what started both WW1 and 2.
351
The amount of people that have any faith the tories wouldn't sell the country out is depressing and sad tbh
265
Looks like there won't be four more years pause.

A disappointing end for popcorn enjoyers but from Proggers perspective he probably didn't have enough supplies or even a plan, even if the moscow riot police surrendered.

16:35 I understand interrupting politicians when they aren't giving any answers but this guy was actually giving some sort of explanation and this was too "journalistic" of an interview.
140
"I can help deter our enemies" The Reichstag erupts in laughter.
43
"and i will consider weather to put myeself forward again" Ohhhh... lulsies, alot of kippers would really (x100) want him to be leader again unlike leadership of libdem or lab
34
"It's not recognized universally as an independent state" and if say; Russia was supporting the independence of a breakaway region Sky News would say "Taiwan is overwhelmingly recognized as part of China"
28
I wish farage defended himself a bit more against these "UKIP hate immigrants" "fearmongering" remarks he got
14
Why imprison? just A) don't let them in in the first place B) deport them. No need to make them a burden on the Uk taxpayer at all what so ever.
14
Sky News really can produce some terrible 'presenters'
12
BREAKING NEWS: Biden is still alive.
12
It's more like Alaska, Texas or some other breakaway region of the US. Cuba has full international recognition as an independent state, Taiwan is recognized by 180 of 193 UN member states as being part of China.
11
@suigeneris3909 It didn't even have enough land to sustain 40 million during WW2.
8
@paullangton-rogers2390 my point is clearly the double standards in language when reporting on similar issues and that language is distinctly different when applying it to other countries e.g. China "dominates" whilst the US simply "controls".
8
He wasn't trying to read a teleprompter
7
2 more weeks!
6
@commando4481 thanks ;)
5
@connoc5078 except Farage has yet to be proven in any public office. inb4 muh irrelevant fishing committees in the EU
5
Andrew Bustard she only says what crap is given to her, i'm sure half the time she thinks to herself "what bollocks am i saying"
4
Oh, it wasn't a laughing stock during the last 100 conflicts since 1946 ?
4
@mutanthybrid3466 "it has definable territorial lines and its own government controlling that territory" With that basis you'd support the breakaway territories of Eastern Ukraine then ?
4
@paulb9769 and the so-called Conservatives ripped the doors off.
3
they didn't want to give their own party members a vote, they ain't gonna give the country one lol
3
Germany expansion: bad and leads to war British and French expansion: good and can't possibly lead to war. This is an awful narrative really, the miscalculation of WW2 I am in fact referring to the British Guarantee "to a people whom we know nothing about" and how right Chamberlain would be proven, he thought the Guarantee would be a warning and help Poland in negotiations, instead Poland broke off negotiations and was bolstered in the fact that Germany would also be dragged to war with Britain if Poland went to war over Danzig
3
Eds buzzword for "fascism" is "leadership"
2
lol 5 years of Labour and it really wouldn't matter what UKIP support has there would be too many immigrants to keep on voting labour in every time
2
@bradleycox472 and ? "The Isle of Wight has never been under the control of the Labour party" wouldn't mean it's an independent country.
2
"everyone who doesn't agree with me is a bot" zero seats
2
Yeah lest we forget we have a statue to the only minister who wanted and voted for WW1
2
WW1 and 2 started over trivial issues so it should come as no surprise that WW3 would start over ridiculous and trivial issues as well.
1
@kanedNunable No, Reform is replacing left wing grifters with actual right wingers.
1
@MrNuts70 indeed it is. I have no idea what this comment was supposed to mean though.
1
no, plutocracy.
1
@LukeMovement1 its always been the case with Farage, he has alot of online support, whilst the tories have none, yet the tories still win. Its likely due to generational differences. Same for fringe left wing groups like Galloway, he has alot of support online but not as much in the real world.
1
@LukeMovement1 except reform is second most popular party for under 30s as well.
1
@LukeMovement1 according to the polls they are
1
@LukeMovement1 well i've seen poll which show reform is 2nd popular party for various age groups
1
@heycidskyja4668 Can't say I've read much into WW1 but I am sure there is alot of miscalculations such as Germany allowed Austria to "start" a local war and thought it wouldn't escalate, then Grey miscalculated in his telegrams to Germany where he gave an impression Britain wouldn't get involved.
1
Um, this is democracy though. In an autocracy you'd have strong and stable government, not this shitshow.
1
"Briton" how can they be Britons if they are serving in the armed forces of a foreign country ? Not so long ago this would be called treason
