  3. Yes obviously any what if scenario in 1945 is a bit silly. Which is why it's more interesting to have them in 43 or earlier. Preferably earlier, really the major, perhaps supreme one is "what if Germany didn't declare war on USA". That was really the cause of all issues. Without the USA then Germany wouldn't have lost at least 1m men and material in defending Italy and France.
