  1. I don't feel bad for anybody who bought a house between 2019 and today. They're gonna be poor forever anf they did it to themselves. They should have waited until a housing crash happened. Nobody should be buying a house right now. Not even the rich.

  2. Some will argue "But then the rich will leave America?" To which I respond "Good. Let them ruin another country and then that country will realize it needs to tax them in order to avoid social upheaval."
