  2. Yeah. When whites were middle class and blacks, Native Americans, and others were poor or hungry but they weren't allowed to show the poverty of minorities on TV. The good old days.

  5. It doesn't hurt them. As a person who grew up in a religious small city I know how religious brainwashing works. The answer is always "because the Bible says gays are an abomination."
