  1. He's not a hero because he let the villains crucify him. Most hero stories have heroes who defeat the villains. No wonder the Jews rejected his Messiah claim. Must have been disappointed when he didn't defeat the Roman Empire. Jesus doesn't even come with an epic hero theme.
