  1. The reviews should have been brutally honest. Want to see a dumbed down, ridiculous, over the top version of Star Trek? One where Spock is no longer logical or reasonable and Captain Kirk was a juvenile delinquent?

  2. @Jake Imagine all the good aspiring writers and directors that didn't get the job but JJ Abrams did. Hollywood is terrible at being able to see actual potential in people. Their talent scouts suck at being talent scouts!!!

  5. And Michael Bay kind of ruined Transformers too. If I see that a film was directed by either JJ Abrams OR Michael Bay I usually won't watch them. I haven't seen any of Bay's Ninja Turtles films.

  6. I saw an online poll where this movie was voted higher than classic Wrath of Khan. Most people who vote in online polls are under age 30 and stupid, so that might explain it. It still makes you lose hope in humanity just a little bit.
