  3. I don't know about the write part. Real writers actually get screwed pretty badly in Hollywood. They get stiffed on the pay and their scripts get changed by glorified middle men who only care about marketing. The scripts actually get stupider after Hollywood gets through doctoring them and that's why half the movies today are dumbed down.
