  1. As a first time home buyer I'm actually excited for a recession because it usually means a housing crash. I finally get to buy a house instead of renting if home prices crash.

  2. The biggest spenders are the retired baby boomers. The generation with the most money. If it wasn't for baby boomers keeping the economy afloat we'd be in a recession already. Because everyone under 60 is scared and pinching their pennies.
