  1. The majority of middle class people were sheltered religious nuts in the '80s. This sheltered life made them gullible enough to vote against their own interests in favor of irrelevant social issues.

  2. Republicans have succeeded in ending the middle class. Baby boomers are the only generation with money left to stimulate the economy. Once they're gone it will become apparent that the middle class is gone.
