In an ideal world, the creative people would be running those industries like their own bosses. I find it absurd that people with no creative talent at all get to be Hollywood or Disney execs or get to be on the board of directors. Glorified middle men is all they really are.

@BeachCity Not all people are equally creative, though. That would be like saying all people are as good at basketball as Michael Jordan was. A lot of those head execs couldn't write anything good to save their lives or act their way out of a paper sack as an actor, so to speak. They rely on writers and actors who are actually good at those things.

@captainroberts6318 Many workplaces do have a suggestion box and encourage employees input on how to improve things. Problem is the bosses are arrogant know-it-alls who think they know better than the actual workers, so the suggestions rarely get taken seriously. But yeah. I agree that the workers should have way more control over the workplace than they do. Rich are always out of touch with the regular people. Even the few who try not to be.

The Rings of Power was so bad. I would bet someone good money I could write a better Lord of the Rings show that actually respected Tolkien's legacy and ideas.
