The problem is, housing prices are high too for potential first time home buyers who are sick of paying rent. But rent is also too high for people to afford. Where are people supposed to live? This is why small homes and living in an RV are trending.

Ironically Republicans believe in big government even more than Democrats. What do you think the Patriot Act was? Small government? Do you think our ridiculous wars in the middle east were small government acts? The only time Republicans want government out of the way is when we pass consumer protection laws or laws regulating corporations and corporate greed. They just want lawlessness so the billionaire oligarchs can take control of our lives. Ronald Reagan knew this. He was a wealthy oligarch. He was one of them.

Republicans are anti-union, anti-worker, and anti-science. I think I'll stick with the Democrats for those 3 reasons.

@Dirtderrick650 It was happening under Trump too. Where have you been? On vacation from it. Also, you'd have to be a chicken to think wealth trickles down or creates jobs. Yeah. Maybe it creates jobs overseas but not here without strict regulations prohibiting outsourcing. Gutting all of our fair labor and anti-trust laws and the Tillman Act were the WORST things Reagan and Bush did to the economy aside from giving huge tax cuts to billionaires. We're all chickens now. We deserve to get eaten. I just hope the gullible ones who trust corporations and banks get eaten first.

Maybe we should lift all the laws against r*pe too. Because that's what less laws against corporations will do. We'll all get r*ped by big business. For that reason, I support more government and stricter laws.
