  1. High school level economics is what lay people rely on. Try Macroeconomics on for size and you realize how complex and seemingly ambiguous economics can be. Conservatives have been overusing the word communist to frighten their easily frightened base into gutting every social program since the '80s. And now they're going after social security too. The only propaganda is the con of trickle down economics.
