  2.  @kellylundy5115  yes. How can you get an entire nation to believe something as stupid and silly as trickle down as a viable idea? When Will Rogers talked about trickle down he was telling a joke. People laughed. Ronald Reagan was an actor who got too greedy. He didn't like paying taxes, so he cut taxes on the top 2% of earners like himself. And invented myths like trickle down and the myth of the welfare queen to justify his tax cuts. He was a charminh but selfish man. Let's not even get started on Iran-Contra and other criminal activity abroad by his administration.
