  1. As a person who grew up in a red state I could have easily become one of these brainwashed people. Luckily I opened my mind and allowed opposing viewpoints to the ones I was used to equal time. When you're on a steady diet of conservative talk radio, Fox News, and the opinion of your ignorant uncle who thinks like Archie Bunker of course you're gonna be a bit brainwashed.
