  2. They need somebody poorer than themselves to hate but refuse to blame billionaires for passing laws that make them poorer. The wealth gap is growing in America because billionaires lobby to gut unions, keep federal minimum wage the same so that factories can feel secure in keeping their wages low too, and take jobs overseas. But Republicans voters refuse to blame the rich for anything. I don't get it.
