Do the deniers have a better case than the majority of scientists? Usually climate change deniers won't even talk to people who disagree with them. They get angry.

Most people won't go to a shopaholic for financial advise, a computer geek for car mechanic advice (unless he's a computer geek and a mechanic jack-of-all-trades), or a person with no social skills for relationship advise. However, people listen to political talk show hosts for advice on scientific things like climate change instead of listening to somebody who has a science background or even worked with scientists. Agreed. Things tend to go downhill when they become too political. Politics tends to poison what it touches.
