  1. Judaism and Christianity are the same religion basically. Christianity is Judaism with Jesus Christ thrown in. It's like a recipe. -Gee, what can we add to make this Christian?  -Oh, you're right. We forgot to add the most important ingredient. Here's a bottle of Jesus in mint condition. -Throw it in! -You idiot! That wasn't Jesus! That was Muhammad mixed with Arabian mythology. You created Islam! -Whoops! And that's the story of how Islam was created by mistake. Was that joke in bad taste? Sorry. I'm sure I only offended three major religions. It's all good.

  2. Nicholas Krizov Judaism is as sexually repressed as Islam. Plus circumcision may reduce some sexual pleasure. I'm pretty sure the religious Jews had nothing to do with porn.

  3. AmaranteStryfe Yup. Exactly my point. :) If Jews, Christians, and Muslims focused more on common beliefs rather than differences there would be less religious strife. So, Muslims believe some things that differ from Christians and Jews. So, Jews don't believe in Jesus. So, Christians believe Jesus was the savior of the world. All three religions are cut from the same cloth.

  6. wiseass 2000 Isn't the Bible Jewish mythology? If there was a parallel universe where Judaism and Christianity died out, do you think I'd find a copy of the freaking Bible in the Jewish mythology section? You know. I'd go to the library and the people who worked there would say, "Oh, yeah. Here are the main stories and philosophies found in Jewish mythology. This book contains many of the main Judeo-Christian myths." Then they'd show me a copy of the Bible and I'd laugh. HA! "Oh, the Jesus stuff is toward the back. The people who used to believe this stuff called it the New Testament. This particular Bible contains footnotes since the translations from Hebrew and Greek are confusing."

  7. wiseass 2000 What's the difference between Judaism and Christianity? They're the same religion. Judaism is just Christianity minus Jesus and Christianity is just Judaism with Jesus thrown in. I see no HUGE difference. Does that make you mad?

  8. RetGarciaLascuarin I have no idea why. The Old Testament says to stone gays. You'd think at least one medieval person would have the brains to say, "Hey, doesn't the Old Testament condemn homosexuality? And isn't the Old Testament a Jewish book?" But then the Pope would say, "You ask too many questions. We're gonna have to kill you now."

A Lutheran Pastor blames Jews for writing the Old Testament.That's what the pastor should have blamed them for because for once I'd like to see some crazy jackass blame a group for something they actually did instead of blowing stereotypes out their ass. I'd say just as much to this pastors face and I wouldn't care if it ended in a fist fight. If it ended in a fist fight then good. Somebody might get some sense knocked into them. If he thought I was disrespecting the Bible by calling the Old Testament a Jewish book then even better. Because that's what the Old Testament is.
