  1. It's like you're not allowed to smoke but... here's something that's just as bad for you. Work at our coal plant and die of lung cancer at age 60. You'll be dead just in time to retire. But at least you will have a job peasant. Here's some more good news. Our wages are stagnant. We've had a starting pay of 10 bucks an hour since 1980 and haven't raised it since. It's our way of saying screw you to the working class. As long as we pay $3.75 more per hour than fast food places and other minimum wage jobs we're a good company. Look how happy our custodian is. His goal was to finish college but he can't because he makes so little and he's on call a lot. We wouldn't work around his classes. Sorry. He's a dang good custodian, though. Been with us for years. We'd hate to lose him if he got a degree and was somehow able to get a better job. These low paying jobs are a joke. They make fun of themselves. And they pollute the environment. They're run by greedy reckless idiots.

  2. And the people in the 21st century who are stupid and willfully ignorant are like people who belong in the 14th century. Some of them actually seem like people who have stumbled through a time portal to our age of enlightenment and don't know what to do. So comfortable wandering around in aimless ignorance following the king or whatever authority figure they were used to following back in pre-Columbian times. That's the only way you can really explain the corporations are our friends, our troops can do no wrong, and tax cuts for the rich are good so follow the leader mentality.

  3. Oh, no! The EPA is once again preventing companies from poisoning our air and creating asthma in children while recklessly using up all of our finite resources. Why? Why do they oppress us so? :P
