  1. Had modern Republicans fought in the Revolutionary War they would have fought for King George. They don't have one rebellious bone in their bodies when it comes to standing up against rich elitists and kings. They are loyal to the elite and would therefore be loyal to the king of England.

  3. Grizzly907LA Before the Great Depression, rich people benefited from prohibition and from tax loopholes. Do we really want to repeat history? Rich people are already above the law and don't get arrested as often as poor people because the justice system is stacked in their favor. If you think that taxing the rich more is communism then you're crazy. It's fair and it's balanced to tax them more considering how unfair things are. If we keep taxing them less then I predict another Great Depression by the end of 2016. The worst is coming. I'd put a bet on it like Mitt Romney but I don't have that kind of money. Mark my words, the worst is yet to come and you only have yourself to blame when it does.

  4. The middle class is the spending class. Who does the tax burden get shifted to when the rich pay less? When the tax burden gets shifted, who has less money and therefore less buying power? I know that the rich work hard. Paris Hilton has worked hard her whole life, even though she's never had a real job or worked for more than 12 hours a day like the working class do. :P I say this with heavy sarcasm.

  5. Grizzly907LA I mostly get my info from reliable and peer reviewed sources. Rarely from blogs or dot com websites. Dot edu and dot gov sites are more reliable.

Your link isn't backed by sources. It's somebody's opinion as a libertarian. Probably a Tea Party libertarian due to the communist straw man arguments.

  7. Grizzly907LA Yes I did. It outlines ideas from the Communist Manifesto and compares them with later American policies. Even though some of those things have actually helped American workers.
