We should teach everything in schools. Why should there be forbidden knowledge? There should be no forbidden fruit when it comes to the fruits of learning.

Nazis were also against the free exchange of ideas as evidenced by the fact that they burned books. If we refuse to teach things we don't agree with then are we any better?

How old are SJW's? I'll bet none of them were born before 1990. Stupid kids.

oaxacachaka Nazism isn't logical! It collapses on itself whenever taught. Same with creationism. We can teach such things but only the weak minded will accept them.

oaxacachaka I think that eventually only the best ideas win the day when you teach them all objectively.

oaxacachaka That's why critical thinking courses should be required in high school. It will teach them to think skeptically and analytically rather than blindly swallow everything.

Some people are analytical thinkers by nature. Most aren't.

whyamimrpink78 Nope. Never stated that. Nazism collapses on itself because it is a political cult riddled with logical fallacies. However, most people can't identify a logical fallacy to save their life so people still fall for its stupid ideas. I guess people fall for Nazism for the same reason people in North Korea fall for Kim Jung Un being a god-like figure. In a world where logic rules, all political cults such as these collapse on themselves whenever taught. That's what I meant. But I can understand the confusion behind interpreting the meaning behind that statement.

So, should Nazism be taught? Perhaps. But with open debate so that the students can see how logical arguments destroy its weaknesses.

I'm more of a comedian than a logic person. My bad.

***** The worldview of Hitler's National Socialism is antisemitic. Antisemitism often involves a negative stereotype. A stereotype is a logical fallacy. A logical fallacy is an error in reasoning, so the antisemitic component of Nazism isn't reasonable.

***** Well, to be fair the Germans can't claim they are chosen because the Bible mentions Israel more than it mentions Germany. The Bible mentions Germany a total of zero times. LOL. But yeah. I see. You're saying Nazism doesn't have to be antisemitic like it was when Hitler ran it?
