  3. Mr.Belrox Speaking of fascism. Why is minimum wage lower today than it was when it was first introduced in 1938? Shouldn't it keep up with inflation? Why hasn't trickle down economics worked? Do Republicans simply enjoy giving more money to the wealthy Lex Luthor's and Koch Brothers of the world? Why is the middle class dying? Shouldn't factory workers earn MORE than 15 or 20 bucks an hour? Had minimum wage kept up with inflation it would more than 15 bucks an hour today. Conservatives act like they want America to return to what it was 50 years ago but their economic policies don't reflect that. Their economic policies would return us to a Great Depression era. Only this new Great Depression would have the largest wealth gap in human history. Wider than Rush Limbaugh's waistline. What say you about the widening wealth gap in greedy America? Do billionaires really deserve to control 99.999999999999999999% of the wealth while the working class starve? There's a reason Mississippi has the highest number of people on welfare. Because it's poor and it sucks! And it's poor and it sucks because the people there are stupid and vote against their own economic interests. Keeping wages the same while the rich consume all the resources. Conservatives create welfare states by keeping people in poverty and not raising wages for workers. Then they wonder why people in the South are forced to be on welfare. Probably because they're in poverty and they're not smart enough to figure out that having kids when you're poor is a bad idea. Redneck welfare queens living in their trailer parks. The least they could do is vote for somebody who represents them instead of voting for the guy who wants to keep their wages the same in spite of the rising cost of living. I wonder why poverty is higher in most red states. What a mystery. :P A higher percentage of low paying jobs and few high paying jobs coupled with bad fiscal policies that keep people in poverty might be the reason. Among other things. France before the French Revolution was in the same boat as America is in today. We live in a country when some rich kid can kill a bunch of people with his car and get sentenced to a camp that's meant to reform him instead of going to prison because he suffers from affluenza. That's right. Affluenza. What a joke!
