  2. +Toby Henry People tend to forget that English is also a language brought over by immigrants. In order to really speak American you have to speak a Native American tongue like Iroquois or Cherokee.

  3. Sarah Palin thinks this is important. It isn't. English is a mutt language. What is English anyway? A mixture of Anglo-Saxon German and Welsh and French with Latin and Norse loan words and who knows what else? What a mess! No wonder our language is so hard to learn and so confusing. Speaking English is NOT important.
