  1. LOL. California and the great swing states of Nevada and Florida. These are warm states that are not straight up conservative. Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and the Dakotas get very cold during the winter season. So does northern Utah. They're very conservative places. What the heck is this caller talking about? Warm places more conservative? Not true unless you're talking strictly about Confederate states in the South.
