Just like it did when he was a kid in the bathtub only for real this time. Not pretend. Well, sort of pretend if he was hallucinating. "Why are you doing this?" asks penis with its tiny mouth (or pee hole) at the head of it. "Shut-up," says the mentally ill man attached to it. "I'm sick of you tormenting me.
