  3. Why not just gas Pyongyang at 2 a.m. while they're all sleeping. The death of everybody in Pyongyang (including all the leaders and the majority of its troops) would plunge the nation into anarchy and chaos. Anarchy is an improvement for North Korea. Then South Korea can take advantage of the chaos and annex the North.

People in Pyongyang are living like impoverished robots. They don't have lives to begin with.
