When Donald Trump says: "We can sue them and make lots and lots of money" his supporters never ask: "Who's we?" They have no critical thinking skills if they don't realize the word 'we' in that sentence makes no sense as it obviously doesn't apply to them. They're not gonna see a penny of that lawsuit money.
