  3. We all know CEO's don't have empathy and it is so awkward watching them pretend to have the same feelings as normal people. It's really bizarre. If I were a CEO I would tell people that I have as much empathy as a robot/machine. Then nobody would expect me to show empathy. Faking it and pretending to be human just makes them all look bizarre.
