  3. What we need to do is make psychopathy a capital crime so that we can hunt down and neutralize all the psychopaths in society. Groups like Boko Haram only exist because psychopaths are allowed to exist. It's time to separate the chaff from the wheat by burning the chaff. Psychopaths are the chaff.
