  1. Why are the wealthy Arabs who finance ISIS still alive? Assassinating them would cut off financial support for ISIS. If we infiltrate ISIS we can go into the belly of the beast but if we kill their financiers we cut off the beasts head. We're not using either of these strategies of infiltration or neutralizing wealthy Arabs who finance terrorism. Somebody needs to start putting money on the heads of ISIS's financial backers. The CIA needs to get more involved and start neutralizing and infiltrating.
