  1. Torture does 2 things: 1) Gets innocent people to confess to being a terrorist just to make the torture stop. 2) Gets people who don't know the answer to the questions being asked to give bad information. Haven't we learned anything from the Spanish Inquisition? Monty Python does an excellent comedy sketch on the Spanish Inquisition. The CIA under Bush was just America's way of trying to revive outdated tactics.

  2. Nazi Germany? Really? Exaggerations make bad points. Nazi Germany selected people to be killed and tortured based on nationality and ethnic origin. Not because they attacked Germany. Not because they were terrorists. More like America tries to bring back Spanish Inquisition tactics and doesn't learn from history that these tactics are stupid. STUPID! American torture tactics = stupid.

  3. Most Americans think torture helps us get information because it worked sooooo well in medieval times. :P Actually it didn't work well. That was sarcasm.
