If anybody wanted to use a biological weapon against America it would be a very effective tactic since many Americans would cry freedom while coughing up blood from the new disease that was unleashed on them and refusing to get vaccinated against it.

However the USA is an oligarchy where the oil industry and the military industrial complex always gets its way at the expense of the people.
