  1. 11:03 -- No, the cars did not run out of battery at the Valencia ePrix. They exceeded their allowed "usable energy" quotas which had been artificially lowered due to several safety car periods to discourage drivers from just going flat out for the rest of the race. The batteries themselves still had about 50% charge.
