  2. Modularity, bro. Imagine if a 9.8 Severity CVE was found in is-odd that, due to an integer overflow, would incorrectly return false if a sufficiently large odd number were provided. By having is-odd separated, users who only need to check for evenness are kept safe. Because internet: this is a joke based on Brodie's last video.
