You've sent me down a rabbit hole by saying "CMOS" when I responded to another comment with "CCD." Turns out both could be right (though CMOS is much more common these days) and the properties they exhibit are different enough that I expect recording this footage on a CCD camera would look very different than recording it on a CMOS camera (and different still from capturing on real film and then digitizing that), all due to different quantum effects.

Reverse image searched it: the coil is sold as the "Joytech Music Tesla Coil," and the ampules are sold separately by a bunch of sellers (there's one configuration where they're in a ring you can just slot around the coil, illuminating them all at once without having to hold them in your hand).

Would it be too much to tie it to her "booktube" channel by illustrating it as her TBR?

For those trying to remember the source and context of Angela's "Quantum Quantum Quantum" rant: it was the Alkaline Water video around the 52 minute mark. Or at least that was where I first heard it. If there's an older version, please let me know.

@TeflonTrout This is how I learned that...

If I understand what's happening¹: CCDs in consumer camera sensors are tuned to be more sensitive to blue, and the ampules are glowing so brightly that it's saturating the sensor. If she turned the brightness/sensitivity way way down she might be able to get better differentiation. ¹Read: this is a hypothesis, and I'm begging someone who knows what they're talking about to tell me how I'm wrong

I learned it as Kurr-Chauv from an American physics professor, but I vaguely remember our resident Polish faculty member saying it differently.
