Many editions of The Planets you could buy on CD before 2006 include "Pluto—The Renewer" by Colin Mathews. I was 19 in 2006, and I was strongly in favor of Pluto's demotion strictly on the basis of it not being part of Holst's canon.

Wow, I'd totally missed the news that Brontosaurus was back to being its own thing. It's wild to me how many discoveries are still being made in paleontology and how many mysteries are still unresolved (e.g. "What's the deal with the Tully Monster??")

I loved that Clarke named it Lucifer almost entirely so he could make a Beatles' reference based on his theory that its core was one massive diamond.

@ciarancurley5482 Ooh! I just used elinks for the first time yesterday, and when I was done I instinctively typed: ":q" and to my retroactive surprise it worked! I think it's just that the keybind to quit is "q" and the colon was ignored, but it was definitely a nice treat after the number of times I've tried to quit nano via muscle memory.
