  2. I feel like I just woke up in a parallel universe, Mandela Effect style, because I did Quiz Bowl in highschool and would have sworn that Best—not Macleod—shared in the Nobel. Rationally I realize that was just the effect of Best's campaign to rewrite history, but I can't remember ever hearing about Macleod before now.
