@scrubbyrubberducky But WHY do you think lighter eyes would be "cooler?" Why is it that you'd prefer light colored eyes over your natural dark colored eyes? Light colored eyes are just rarer. They're not better.

@SonyaOutThere what are you talking about? It's just the opposite. Light colored eyes are becoming less and less a percentage. Will eventually be bred out.

@goldmidwest But why would an eye color that different than your natural eye color be a reflection of how you feel inside? Wouldn't how you feel inside be a reflection of your natural appearance on the outside? Aren't you actually internalizing what you see on the outside of others?

@goldmidwest Also, how do you "feel" blue eyed?
1
@scrubbyrubberducky No one hates you because you have brown eyes, especially because most of the world is brown eyed.

@scrubbyrubberducky But WHY do they look better?

@scrubbyrubberducky Right. Thanks for the reply. So do you mean that a blue eyed person will naturally find blue eyes more attractive because of their desire to pass on the trait to their children, rather than a dark eyed person wanting to pass down blue eyes, right? Why would a dark or brown eyed person have any desire to pass along a trait that isn't natural to them, right? I would think no matter what your eye color (or other traits) that that's what someone would prefer to pass down to their descendants.

@RunswithWolves11 Yes. So called "trans" people should absolutely be happy with the bodies they are born with. If born a male or female, you should be happy with that because that's who they are, and shouldn't do anything to alter their natural and true selves. Even though your example is far more important than eye color, I consistenly apply the same principle to both. Even brown eyed people who get surgery to change their eye color, are still just a brown eyed person who got eye surgery. Surgery didn't change their DNA.

Skull211 Then why don't you move to a country that matches your ethnicity?
1
@SonyaOutThere True, but if they're all eventually just fake, natural blue eyes will still be extinct. Blue eyes might even eventually become like blond hair is now. Natural blond hair exists in about 1% of the entire world and most of the people we see who have "blond" hair, actually dye their hair.
