  2. President Kenyatta spoke with Vision and Charisma but he is far from the Realities that he seems to address because Libya is not in the Middle or Russia and yet Turkey has to come to its survival and defence. Just is Africa when foreign militias are tearing Africa ( Libya ) apart ?
