  1. This is utter Rubbish. Turkey has never even hinted at selling the Russian S 400 Air Defence Systems to any other country. Absolutely Rubbish. However Turkey may exercise it legitimate legal right to dis continue the use of this system without transferring a single nail to any other countries in possible exchange for other advanced weapons from other Western countries. THIS BY NO MEANS IS SELLING THE S 400 Systems to any other country. Turkey does have the right to discontinue the use of any weapons Systems whether these are Turkish made or Foreign made.
