  1. Why is the EU hell bent to directly link the RECOVERY PLAN TO THE RULE OF LAW. Just Why ? Because there's a hugely sinster motive behind obtaining each and every signature for the Rule of Law which was not even imbibed in the EU CONSTITUTION ITSELF.? ? ?
