The surest way for the EU to really benefit big-time with this 300 billion Euros is to immediately and unconditionally invest a third of it ( 100 ) in North Africa for the biggest ever SOLAR POWER SYSTEM capable of supplying Clean Energy upto at least 50% or more of EU's requirement instead of fragmenting this amount into bits and pieces, thus freedom of energy instead of of depending on Russian dictates and threats forever.
