  1. I agree. Having said that, I am possibly one of the most unluckiest people in the UK when making telephone calls. I nearly always get a message stating that "we are experiencing exceptionally high call volumes". I can easily get 5 or more of these in succession. I would regard exceptional as once in a hundred, but let's say five times in a hundred, yet 5 successive times at 5% is about 1 chance in 30 million! Am I really that unlucky or are they just lying to me?
