  1. Is this good news for the UK? The UK is certainly innovative but tends to sell out on the cheap to US private equity. At present there has been a US stranglehold of most things tech related on the UK and the US seems to have a monopoly on many areas within the UK. Worse still, the government has recently sacked the head of the Monopolies Commission. Are we really that much under the thumb of the US?
