  7.  @lobstershrimp  The opinion from a Taiwanese is that why is there a problem when India sees us as a country? I live near TSMS 2 nm Fab site, and family members work in the TSMC research center. TSMC is a giant; It is more like TSMC only negotiates with the government level. It seems unlikely to talk with a local carmaker.

Several chip companies in Taiwan also expand their expenditures in new fabs; 10 billion is nothing in the capital-intensive chip industry.
