The press called Trump's missile strike on Syria presidential. You can't really compare globalist and nationalist in foreign affairs, one will always be more involved to a fault. The other not as much then to a fault. We saw that when Clinton didn't interfere with the Serbs and that was before Blackhawk down incident in Somalia.
