Colorado has already written in their ruling that he'd remain on ballot if sc steps in. Currently Trump hasn't been charged and found guilty of the 14th. That is the argument. If states can pull candidates with a simple excuse, no one would reach the required threshold with the electoral votes. Every state with a republican majority could simply say remove Joe due to dementia. No evidence, just claim.

He blew up the pipeline from Russia to Europe. The border is trash since he undid Trump's remain in Mexico. Look at major cities getting overwhelmed by illegal immigrants. We can't sustain it. Under Trump, he replaced nafta with usmca. Trade deals, jobs moved back to states. NO new conflicts as he was pushing peace deals. Trump's Farm bill allows for hemp which would help your green new deal that got pushed on us. Only president to walk into North Korea. Tax cuts did help the middle class. Foreign policy was better under Trump. Trump got NATO to pay more since America's been bank rolling it. If you took the two resumes and looked at what they did without a name on it, Trump did more. Biden has yet to do a cognitive test, why? I bet is because they can't hide his dementia. He can't walk up stairs, ride a bike, walk off stage. He needs a teleprompter and even then he needs to be done quickly or whatever he's taking starts to wear off. Either way both parties need to look at the future; Harris isn't it, neither is DeSantis.
